We will start with video marketing. Video marketing is known to be a great way to reach customers and should be used in any marketing campaign. Video marketing is the first step to lead generation. It is also easy to implement. You can also use articles for this step, but videos seem to work best, it builds trust by you creating and making the video. Start out by making a video. This can be an internet marketing video, making money online video, or basically anything that will draw the attention of the viewers. The video that you make will be based solely on your niche market. Once the video is created post it on as many video sites as you can. The most important part in this step is to make sure there is a link that can drive the potential customers to a landing page. Also keep in mind, you are not trying to make a sale, just get the attention and the visit from the viewer to find additional information about your niche market or your offer.
Step two; Your Landing Page.
This is where you will give the viewer something free like an ebook, or some reason to get them to give you their email address. This landing page is considered as an opt-in page. The sole purpose of this page is to collect that email address. If they want the free product or more information on how you can improve their life, they will gladly give you their email address. Once you have the email address, step two is completed.
Step three; The auto-responder
If you want to have a successful internet business, you will have to utilize an auto-responder. Auto-responders are awesome and are a great way to communicate with your potential customers without doing any additional work. It does take time to set up the auto-responder with a series of emails, but once this work is completed, the auto-responder does the rest. You must first understand that a potential customer views a product approximately seven different times before making a purchase. With an auto-responder you can make this contact seem like you are not trying to sale them a thing. The auto-responder and this technique will work best when sending out a series of emails telling them how to do something over a period of time. For example; an internet marketing course consisting of several short messages or lessons about internet marketing. At the bottom of each of these lessons, you attach links to your product or services. Eventually they will buy your product or service. If they do not make a purchase for that particular product, you will still have their email address for additional offers. This technique alone is the number one key to succeeding online. You must collect email addresses and communicate with your customers.
Step four, Making additional sales from your leads.
Once you have a potential customer who has opted into your auto-responder, you have them for additional offers and sales. This is why many marketers concentrate on building an email list, where they can market over and over again to the same customer without it costing any extra marketing funds to advertise. The other reason is to build trust by communicating with your list.
If you use this same formula, you should be able to generate a lot of new leads. At the same time you will be able to build an effective email list. The more potential customers you have on your list, the better chances you will have at possessing a successful website. It’s all about the numbers; the sooner you start, the more numbers you will achieve. Lead generation is an awesome marketing technique and should be used with every marketing campaign.
